general

⚬ I have the freedom to deny taking any commission work I do not feel confortable doing or am not capable of fulfilling. No justification is owed.⚬ Be polite. Being rude, pushy, creepy, sexual, threatening or harassing me will get you blacklisted and you commission will be cancelled.⚬ Attempts to twist my TOS, especially assuming that having no ruling on a scenarion means I must comply with your wishes during a potential resolution will not be tolerated.⚬ Some colors used may be changed to fit my style, such as white to off-white or another darker color instead of pure black.⚬ Watermark is always visible, a version without it will not be provided. Attempts to erase it will get you blacklisted.⚬ I do not endorse nor associate with every client I get, as possibly damaging behavior may be unknown to me, I am merely an employee.

ORDER PLACING & PAYMENT

⚬ Prices are set, I will not negotiate them. You cannot claim a commission slot and pay later when you have the funds.⚬ Full payment must be done before starting the service. The creation process will not start until I am fully paid.⚬ Clear reference image(s) for the character(s) is needed. I will not be designing characters based off descriptions.⚬ My commssions are posted in my social medias, please provide a @ if you would like to be tagged. If you would like for your commission to not be posted publicly please especify as such.

PROCESS

⚬ Due to personal schedule, the service may take some time, please have patience. Deadlines are not avaliable.⚬ Progress images will be provided during the creation process, please be clear on any changes you would like to be done during such.⚬ Once the artwork is finished, minor revisions like color adjustments, adding small details or fixing mistakes could be done for free a maximum of 3 times. Any large changes will not be done. Please ensure the initial description is accurate.

usage

⚬ I retain full rights to the art for my usage in my portfolio or promotional use (non-commercial).⚬ Commissioner may not use the picture in a commercial way (ex. to sell stickers, keychains, shirts, as Patreon rewards, etc).⚬ Commissioner is allowed to repost the finished artwork as long as proper credit is provided everytime.⚬ You are not allowed to create NFT's from my artwork. Neither are you allowed to feed my artwork into AI.
